General Hospital - May 4, 2018 Episode Reflections

So it was an "alright" episode, but almost freaking annoying as I said WTF so many times that I lost count. You can't tell me characters are saying these things, and then not thinking something else. It almost makes some of them look dumb.

"He kept him captive for five years." "Yeah, he could've been dead. But he saved his life." But why did he keep him locked up for years? I get he wanted Jason to kill Caesar Faison, but he could've let him go right near the beginning and had the deed followed through since Jason would've done it anyway once hearing Caesar's original plan.

"Everything is paper thin. I want to give him a chance to explain himself." "No, you want him to say he's innocent." Thank you, Robert. Please keep calling her out because we know Jason will do what needs to be done, mother dearest or not.

"Somehow, I don't see him not baring a grudge." "You think I'm lying to myself. Jason is not going to listen and just go find Heinrech and kill him?"  Listen to Robert. He speaks the truth, as always. Instead, Anna continues to live her own world and says, "That's not going to happen. I respect him, oddly, and he respects me. And I can handle this." But hey, that's why she was getting emotional before him yesterday, right?
The #carson dialogue is just making the #melle storyline drive me that much more insane. There's so many hint dropping, irony, bullshit in these lines. Like, hello, move along already. You're only making Carly and Sonny look dumb, and that's not their style if you look back through the years. Hence why they're the Queen and King of Port Charles.

It all began with Carly saying the likes of, "I'm not going to let that snake win. If I don't show up, she wins," followed by, "I'll be damned if I'm going to let Nelle alienate me from the son or daughter that I have left." Meanwhile, she won't suspect her when she knows someone is messing with her.

Then it gets better with Sonny saying, "First of all, I can't trust Nelle as far as I can throw her." But hey, like his wife, he won't suspect her for messing with Carly. Instead, he says that his wife is crazy.

By the way, if you didn't watch the episode, it doesn't get any better from here. See why I said WTF?

"She's trying to slither her way back into her trust. "Michael knows this so he won't allow it." "You're not giving Nelle enough credit."  Then why haven't you suspected her for the haunting yet?

"Nelle has an agenda, She's working an angle that we haven't figured out yet and trust me - she's just getting started." Um, what do you call phone calls, missing scarf, fire alarm? Shouldn't that be enough clues to know what she's getting started?

So of course, to try and throw everything back off, Sonny feels that Carly is "turning it into something that it's not" with her hints. But hey, that's what he wants, so his theory plays true and he remains the smarty of the show in feeling Carly is going crazy. But guess what? He's wrong here, and I can't wait until he's proven wrong - probably by Jason, too, as discussed after Thursday's episode.

And Michael, I understand your plea with, "Mom, I get it, Nelle hurt you and you can't stand her. So can you please back off?" But please, Carly, don't back off. That's never been your style, ever. Like you said yourself, "She's not pushing back because she has an ulterior motive." But then again -then why haven't you suspected that motive in relation to those phone calls and the scarf?

By the way, Someone please make a GIF of those smiles from Nelle to Sonny. Can you say AWKWARD?
"Have we gotten off to a rocky start?" "An understatement." "We're going to be a family now, so we're going to have to make peace." By driving each other insane?

"I appreciate your effort in making things work.""I hope your mother can do the same." Can't blame Carly if she doesn't considering what you're doing behind everyone's back.

I literally laughed when Nelle said, "I hope you can accept my apology, and I hope someday I can make amends." It's awesome how amends include making the grandma of the baby go insane.

It was even more eye rolling when Michael said to Lulu and Dante, "Nelle and I are going to be parents together. I hope you can be nice to her..." Really, I'm not looking forward to what's to come as Michael is growing too closer to her. He's falling for the trap just as everyone suspected despite his own objections. Oh lawdy.....

"You keep fishing around for information." "You keep hanging around a hornet's nest, you're going to get stung." That'd be good advice for Valentine right now.

Dante is right that "there could be unintended consequences," but hey, they'd be worth it because we need to get Peter/Heinrech revealed.

Speaking if Heinrech, I love hearing about Maxie's continued discontent for him because it means that when the reveal comes out, shit will hit the fan in relation to her friendship with Peter. I mean, today's line of her saying, "If Heinrech wanted to do something good, he would just leave me alone - or find a way to bring you back to me," was perfect.

So when she says that she's "scared to not be angry," I want to encourage that for when the reveal happens because let's face it, he's been playing her since getting Nathan killed.

That said, I wasn't as big into the scenes today but that's because I'm not the biggest Chet fan, if I am being honest. I will say that with Chet, I give him a little credit in saying, "You don't know his motives unless you ask him." Hence why I'm trying to pass judgement on Peter in keeping Jason hostage for those years until he explains his actions. But, the further he keeps the secret, the less I begin to care.

"Have you met him?" "God no. I hope you never do." Oh lawdy.....

But instead of this whole keeping Peter/Heinrech in mind, things are falling in place probably how he wants with her saying, "I need to forget about where the money is coming from, and focus on where it's going." It's the beginning of fixing his reputation before revealing it.

"Does this mean that you're trying to come around about Faison's son?" "Why do you keep trying to convince me to come around?" "I've been there. That rage that you carry around, the shadows, it covers that rage of light trying to come through." Suuuurre. But really, if they bond over the rage against Caesar Faison, that'll be a little sick....

"I can't wait to meet you little one." "That makes two of us." Ugh..... the sooner we reveal this, the better for Maxie so she's not in too far deeply.

Instead, we've got both her and Nina slowly being wrapped around Peter's fingers, especially with him saying the folder was "supposed to be a surprise for you and Maxie."

"Who are you calling?" "My mom, in prison, to confirm this is a load of crap." I honestly wondered if Valentine had gotten him the information and was set for the phone call. But later on, that theory was bunked. Too bad....

"Should I ask what's going on?" "My boss is lying through his teeth." So Valentine - do you side with your wife who has forgiven you for crimes in the past that nobody should, or do you continue to side with a known kidnapper, manipulative person like yourself?

"You're obsessed with Maxie, and you're trying to get close with her." "That's not at all what is happening." I am trying to get close with my family and cure my own guilt for killing my innocent brother. Meanwhile, my band-aid fix will never work.

Sorry Nina, but I think your request to Peter to "stop using my brother to get to Maxie" isn't going to work. But hey, let's just let him do what he wants despite not knowing a single thing of his background and call off the investigation. Oh well, that just means that Sam will have extra work to do - and trouble will probably come, and we know who will save her.

Valentine will also need an ass kicking by the time Jasam is done and maybe Anna will probably finally get involved. Let's just continue to add to his crimes with, "I need help with a WSIB Agent - Robert Scorpio. Just get him on a private plan and I'll take it from there."

While I wanted to punch this episode each direction possible, I will say that Monday looks interesting.

1. Jason seeing Jake
2. Carly vs Nelle face-to-face
3. Stella suing someone
4. "Franco Baldwin, you're full of crap."

General Hospital - May 3, 2018 Episode Reflections

Jason and Anna made this a very entertaining episode of General Hospital, and tomorrow looks even more worth watching.
So when we saw the preview yesterday, I was hoping Anna would've grown some balls but that obviously isn't the case and now it's just getting drug out big time. But really, how long until Jason sees through the thick glass? I swear the look on Jason's face makes me wonder if he's more curious about the secret Anna couldn't say before now because of her cover. It's not like he was too severely thrown off when she first mentioned it, either.

I mean, look at Anna when she says, "I wouldn't have to fake any of it. I would just have to remember."  Look at all the emotions on Anna's face. You can't tell me that Jason won't see through her decoy plan.
So there was no surprise from me when Anna said, "I think it's very important to portray her as someone who gave up her child to keep him safe." She's using decoy as a test to see what Heinrech's reaction is. Then if he accepts, she is probably going to reveal himself. But if there's some discontempt, then secret remains.

"What if Heinrech's real mother reads the article? What do we do if she surfaces?" "That's why we have to act quickly. Then the fewer contingencies we'll have to prepare for."  Honestly she didn't address it because she knows it won't be a problem.

"At least we have this to fall back on if this doesn't work." "Oh it will work. He wants to meet his mother." Isn't it more like mother wants to meet her son out of her own guilt?
"You don't think I can defend myself?" "No, not against Heinrech. You're way too close to this." Just say it, Jason. You believe that she's mommy dearest straight point. I mean, all the signs point to him knowing in saying, "You're too invested in trying to prove Heinrech is innocent." I loved when he added, "He's definately not innocent. Whether he thinks you're his mother or a WSIB agent, he'll probably try and kill you anyway."

As soon as he asked, "What is this reason that you have to find Heinrech? It's messing with your judgement, and your taking chances," I was ready for him to blurt out that he was on to her. I mean, put the pieces together, Jason. Combine today's words with the emotions on her face.
"You're going to call me so I can be there." "To kill him?" "To protect you. You said you trusted me....."  Clearly Anna doesn't if she keeps this deception game going with him.

"If you hear from Heinrech...."  "....you'll hear from me."  I don't believe that he will. I think we need Spinelli to wire tap those e-mails.

I will say even if Jason has it figured out that Anna is mother, he will eliminate Peter if need be should he hurt Sam, or should it be truly found that is he is indeed a threat or evil based on his past actions. It may give him a little bit of benefit of doubt but not a lot.

When all this goes down by the way, I wouldn't mind seeing Valentine shot with a bullet. It'd serve him right for all the crap that Nina lets him get away with. Then again, Peter/Heinrech sort of deserves it for keeping Jason snagged away for five years and creating this whole mess.
"She co-owns the company. Why is that a surprise?" "Because we're getting a divorce." Curtis knew it was coming before Drew said anything if you recall his words from Friday when he told Sam that "Aurora is all that Drew has left." Such a good friend to pretend that this is a new revelation.

"We have Peter running the business as a whole." "So you trust Peter?" "I think he's a good guy." Of course you wouldn't be suspicious. Lack of background and identity is a key to who you are, right Drew?

I rolled my eyes when Drew said, "The whole reason we built that company was we were trying to build a new life for ourselves, and it didn't last six months." I mean, let's face it - we could all see the end coming because you can't change a person to suit your personal needs, and that's what you did to Sam. Look at the change in her that we've seen since splitting up from you. She has a strong voice once again, she's off being her badass self with Jason and Spinelli, she's getting back to being a Private Investigator, and did we mention the smiles with Jason from earlier this week?

Oh Peter, trying to worm your way into Maxie's heart by doing the deed of creating a fund. The problem is - I don't even know if that'll be enough when you're exposed Peter, and if it'll cover for the past questions we have about you.

As soon as Peter said, "It seems it's funded by the off-shore accounts of P. K. St. Claire," I just rolled my eyes. I could already see Maxie's discontent, which will further drive Peter to continue to keep this ridiculous secret.

"It seems it's connected to PK St. Claire." "How do we get his name off of it?" Good hint as to what will happen when we reveal Peter for whom he truly is.

"I still don't know if Heinrech had anything to do with Nathan's death." "How do we fix this?"  Peter wants to make Heinrech's reputation squeaky clean. The problem is that isn't possible when you keep a healthy man locked up for five years and chase him home.

And Peter when you said, "Don't worry about me, Valentine. I've got it under control," you just jinxed yourself. Shit is about to blow up in Peter's face, finally. You could already see that in Maxie's words at Nathan's grave in saying, "You would say to give forgiveness to Heinrech, but I can't." Maxie vowing against Peter in saying "I will not allow Heinrech to use your death" has me so set for the truth to be revealed because right now, he's using Nathan's death to grow closer to her.

On the flip side, there's so much irony when you watch the scenes with Valentine and Nina while knowing the truth. From Valentine saying, "I wish there was more I could do" to Nina saying, "It's three months and it's not getting any better. But you're here now, and that's everything." I mean, really, wait until you see what he's been doing behind your back, Nina. But if we're being honest, it serves her right for taking his ass back after the last round of crap that he did. How about Nicholas? How about Charlotte?

But Nina is right to ask, "What would Peter August want with momentos from Jay?" because it is a little suspicious if you ask me. Hell, she's even heading down that road by asking, "What if he is just after her? What if he is trying to fill the hole that Jay left in her heart?" And really, all I had to say after that is Bingo. Welcome to trying to cover his own guilt for his brother being dead.....I think. I still don't even know if I believe that theory to Peter's actions given the Jason deal.

So I think we got a little clue into the psyche of Valentine and maybe his motive with him saying, "I know better than him the struggle of being worthy than a second chance." Is that why you helped him in creating this false identity?

That said, Valentine needs to choose his words better because Nina is on to him in saying the likes of, "So you're trying to tell me that Peter is trying to see him worthy of being alive and my brother not?" This isn't going to fall in Valentine's way no matter how his involvement is revealed to Nina. The problem lies in that she'll probably just forgive him like always.

Also, Nina said last week that the less Valentine knows, the better in regards to the situation surrounding Peter. But yet now she confessed everything Curtis said after Valentine left? No matter she's able to take his ass back no matter what he does. But hey, isn't that what we want so Jason can save her, though? That'd be a great kick start for the #JasamReunion2018 to happen.

Also, anybody notice how Sam hasn't told Drew or Jason about investigating Peter? Ah, it's probably for the better when it comes to Drew, though. It's probably for the best as we know he doesn't handle situations the best. He'd probably full on confront Peter, rather than oust him like what needs to be done and that's not a situation that we need right now especially in wanting to keep our cover in stock. Although I think Nina blew some of that out of the water on finding the folder.

Now speaking of Jason again, I wish he was not on the same day as #friz. This whole Franco redemption, passing on relief to other victims, pain is just annoying and sorry not earning forgiveness. But actually feeling the pain Franco, will you give Sam and others the space they desire?
So the scene with #friz flirting was actually kind of cute. I probably would've even vouched for it, if not for my discontent against Franco. So instead I will say what I've said all along - #freeLiz as there's #nofriz. That said, I chuckled when Franco said, "I am emotionally immature, so they think as me as peer."  Trust me, Elizabeth probably does, too, as she's always having to take care of your ass.

And for those who wanted to tweet their ass at me saying there will be a day that I will like Franco, all I have to say is screw you. All I need to do is look back on the famous shower scene and other ways Franco tormented Jason, Michael, and others to always say never. Feel free to go read my Essay of Franco Discontent from April 6.

Also, if Franco was so ready to be sorry for his actions and all that jazz, why is it that he constantly swirls within their orbit in seeing Sam constantly? Why haven't we heard apologies? Why hasn't he respected their wishes to keep distance? I don't see that genuine remorse just because of how Franco continues to act around Sam as if nothing happened. Look just as recently as the whole Jim storyline and the brothers being twisted in that.

Also, how many times have they crossed paths since due to Drew's friendship with him? There's a bunch. I can't even believe Drew with Jason's memories and such would be friends with him to begin with - but we don't have time for Drew right now.

I will say if I'm being honest, I don't care how many redemption storylines that they think of. There will be nothing that changes my mind in relation to him. I've been connected in a situation of this nature myself, too, and for me, forgiveness just doesn't come as seeing the person again makes me sick to my stomach each time. Even though all around are set to move forward, I can't. So I guess it's just a matter of opinion here.

Moving on.....

It's so strange how nobody has suspected Nelle so far. Wouldn't Carly based on their history? Smart Carly would've been on her case long time ago. Wouldn't Sonny based on their history? Certainly not having him suspect anything at all - especially after the on-record phone calls and location - is certainly lazy. But it's par for his character it seems over time (more on that later). I mean, I was waiting for Bobby to suspect something, considering her discontent against Nelle all along.

If just somebody would say something, it'd make the story more believable. I mean, grief explains Carly and her actions of not suspecting. The fact that she may not be able to come to terms with it due to such. But for nobody around her to suspect Nelle takes it to a whole new WTF level.

I mean, isn't this behavior normal for Sonny in these situations? Haven't we grown used to that from him? That's why it's always Jason that saves her when it comes to trouble pressing. So by the end of storyline,  Jason will be left solving this crap - he's already looking into the evidence. He's always had Carly's back in the face of danger. That's why she would always turn to him no matter what, even if it annoyed the heck out of Sam sometimes before.

But everything here is why Carly saying, "Nelle has an agenda" in the preview gives me life. It's like FINALLY!!! That, or let's hope we get somewhere when Lucy opens the check from Ava.

Side Note - it's almost like we're admitting to character's losing their trueness in these storylines, namely Carly here. But to be honest a lot of the storylines that the writers have done in recent years have been slaps in the face to the characters. Look at Sam losing herself completely to suit Drew's needs. Thank goodness they're correcting that now.

General Hospital - May 2, 2018 Episode Reflections

So today's @GeneralHospital was satisfying in a couple different ways. It's the start towards some great things for the future.
Oh that pesky fate in getting both Jason and Sam at Kelly's together.

"Do you have a minute?" "Sure." She didn't have to start the discussion. She could've just walked away.

"I wish we could've done more at the bank." "We did - because of you." And Jason stays admiring Sam....

"I had fun." "That's great." "I had a lot of fun. In fact, I was actually ready to leave Aurora - and then I changed my mind." Repeat that louder for those in the back who believe Sam is ready to leave her badassness behind.

So Sam didn't tell Jason about looking into Peter, rather saying, "I told Drew that I want to stay on at Aurora. We're going to try and see how it goes" and "I don't know how I feel about sitting behind a desk, but I am going to try for now." I was a little surprised but that could set-up some fun later.

"Next time you need help to infiltrate a bank, call me." "You'll be my first call." I can't wait for more fun together. And by the way, she didn't need to tell him, "I guess I should tell you - Drew and I are getting divorced." But I don't know about her assuming "there's not going to be a fight. Drew and I both agreed that this needs to happen." I could see Drew wanting assets that aren't his own.

My heart swarmed when she said, "Can you say hi to Sonny? Carly, too? When everything settles down, I would love to reconnect." She lost herself enough that she broke up key relationships. Cue the royal family getting back together.
"What did you need to see me about?" "I need you to represent me in my divorce." So who is Drew going to have representing him? Scotty? That said, Sam is moving this along pretty quickly.

Based on Alexis' words to her, it's almost like Alexis knew that Sam and Drew wouldn't last because of her own love that she continues to carry for Julian. That, or she knows the #jasam connection and can't deny it despite her own personal feelings.

My heart cringed in hearing the words "inconsiderable differences" again. Notice the glance on Sam's face when Alexis suggested that answer. It's the same thing that she and Jason used for their divorce.

"I need an excuse to stay at Aurora for now." "Why do you need an excuse to stay at a company that you co-own?"  Bloop.

"There are some issues that I need to resolve at Aurora." "Issues with Drew?" "No, there are things that I need to look after for the time being." "Time being?" "Once things are okay at Aurora, I am going to sign it over to Drew as it's his dream." There she says it again.

"What about yours?" "I don't know, Mom. That's what I'm trying to figure out."  She's not ready to tell her mom about her love for Jason or the fact that she wants to go back to being a PI due to her mother's probable lecture. Save that for another time, right?

------------------

"I'm mad at myself for not keeping a closer eye on Mike and relying on everyone else." "Everyone else - including me..." Sure you're included there, Carly. But I get Sonny's regret as it's his own father and he knows the layers of the disease.

Oh Sonny in saying, "If you said something about these haunting things, I could've been there for you....." Why would Carly want you to be there for her when so far, you're just saying that she's crazy? And really, even though we know Nelle is the cause here, "maybe he's still alive just like Jason...." Nobody is ever truly dead in soap world, especially with no body.

But I love how she clapped him back in saying, "No, you would've told Jason - just like I did. You would've spared me the pain of relieving Morgan's death. That's what I was trying to do for you - spare you from the hope I have been feeling since this started." My heart breaks for Carly and I can't wait for the revenge.

Oh Sonny in going back to the previous point in saying, "He's going to help you sort through what's real and what's fantasy." But what happens when everything is real and yet your true love doubts you?

As Carly predicted, too, Sonny did turn to Jason for advice as that was the next set of events.

As soon as Sonny stated, "The bigger problem right now is Carly," my heart swarmed.  Cue Jason coming to her rescue and sorting this all out as Sonny's doubts and insecurities grow, like always. I mean, he asked right away "where's the note?" as he wanted Spinelli "to check it out" and see if he could see something. Doesn't invisible ink show up under a special light?

But really, I want Carly to show the flyer to Jason simply due to the subject of the flyer and not the note.

Anyways...... Jason looking at the real and evidence. Sonny assuming that she's crazy. We all know whose going to save Carly in the end - as always. It's why I always say that everybody needs a Jason for their Carly.

"I need to see you." "I'm in the middle of something important right now." "It affects how we move forward with Heinrech." I mean, could Anna pick a better time? I wanted Jason to get on the Carly situation as he was starting to more and more with Sonny's confession. I was all set and willing for Jason to approach Carly about it.

"I wanted to talk to him." "Because you believe he's on your side and I'm not?" What would give you the first clue, Sonny?

I laughed when Griffin said, "So you can lie to my face again?" Hasn't Ava been doing that to Griffin all along? And I don't believe Ava when she says, "I was going to tell you the terms of my agreement with Sonny once we had more time to talk."  Like Griffin said, "That sounds like revenge, not parental concern." But hey, stick around Griffin. You're going to learn the real Ava. I mean, I bet Ava wouldn't have said a single word if Griffin hadn't confronted her. That's just how she works.

I rolled my eyes when she said, "I'm sorry if my behavior isn't moral enough for you."  This goes beyond a diss of this level. The fact that she also says, "I regret nothing" says enough about her character. Leave her now. Why? Because the answer is yes to him asking, "If Sonny hadn't agreed, would you had sent a sick, old man to prison?"

"You would've had the court throw the book at Mike out of spite." "Everything worked out." She didn't deny it.

"You offered to give the court the medical records to undetermine my case." "So let's be clear - you're mad at me for doing my job?" Why are you still with her, Griffin?

Oh Ava in saying, "You claim to be on my side, but yet you seem against me...."  Welcome to being a decent human being.

"I've already given up one calling for you!" "What the hell is that supposed to mean?"  He was willing to sacrifice things in his life for his love for you - and now wonders if it was worth it because you're clearly not what you seem and said to change to.

I laughed when she said, "I wish I could tell you that I would change things for Mike and Avery. I wish I could live up to your high standard of morals." I thought she was supposed to be change for the better after that scare she had. Guess that a lie, too. And Ava, being decent is no high moral.

On the flip side, Griffin best keep his eye on Dr. Bensch. Him figuring out the doctor's game against Kiki would be a great draw to them getting together, instead of #Grava.

But really, Ava may have a thing coming. Remember the cheque? Lucy's words today in saying, "I just want to apologize for last year. I was totally manipulated by Ava."

-------------------

Robert is right about Jason in saying, "It's a safe bet that he can up two and two and come up with you."

"Unless you give me up to Jason, I don't see him figuring out another way." "I wouldn't be too sure." Jason was already caught off by her behavior and secret. Robert is right.

"You got to find her mother." "Yeah, I've already started looking." "Well look no further. Heinreck's mother is right here." Finally!!! Now we don't need to wonder about that secret anymore.

If we're being honest, I still don't get why Anna didn't tell Jason sooner because knowing that man's compassion, he would listen - to a certain extent and Heinrech proved really dangerous. Respect for friendship.

That said, I don't get why Peter hasn't stated the secret, or why he kept Jason for as long as he did - hence why I don't believe he's a saint and am starting to wonder more on dangerous with details revealed.

General Hospital - May 1, 2018 Episode Reflections

Just as it gets good, @GeneralHospital ends today's episode. How evil. Tomorrow looks good after today's alright spell.

Cue a couple tears in Sonny saying, "I wasn't there when Michael opened his eyes, and that'll always be one of my biggest regrets." I remember that powerful sequence of events, but Sonny is breaking my heart here.

However, Sonny is also a hero in his words for Ava in saying "it wasn't a compromise. It was extortion, plain or simple" and "I can see it in your eyes that you're starting to see who Ava truly is." But if we're being honest, it took Griffin way too long, though.

When it came to the notice for Carly, I knew it was a disappearing ink pen. That said, now it was used on the cheque, I can't wait for Lucy's reaction. I can already see Lucy opening the blank cheque, and entering a number of her choosing. Let the missing ink games begin.

Also, the look on Michael's face matched mine when Nelle told Carly. But like I said before, she is only doing this to cover later suspicion (if any arises).

General Hospital - April 30, 2018 Episode Reflections

It was a decent episode of @GeneralHospital as there was some "wtf" moments and some positives.

So Lulu going to Jason for Heinrech advice is perfect because he's right in saying, "Why are you thinking on any level this guy is harmless? All the evidence says otherwise." And beyond that, the rest of his advice was spot on. We feel your pain in the time spent away from Sam and Danny.
So I began rubbing my hands together when Sam said to Drew, "There is something I want to talk to you about - Aurora and what happens next."

So nice job Drew in finally admitting, "The company is half yours, probably more than that." Well, at least be recognizes where the money comes from. And really, it was nice the growth in him by actually admitting first, "I guess if we want to work together, we need to separate our personal life from our professional life. We need to get a divorce." I thought Sam would have to ask first.

Food for thought - if Drew is synced up with Heinreck and Valentine, it'd be perfect to keep Sam on board to have an eye out. Recall that suspicion. That said, I also don't trust that man to run a company alone. He doesn't do work.

------

"This proves that Valentine delivered your son directly to Faison." "No, it doesn't." Of course it'd ruin the perfect story that she knows and the hidden love there. Hence why Robert is right in saying, "It sounds like you're about to give Valentine a pass on this." Of course she would because she feels bad for using him. Meanwhile, he is the one of the best manipulators in the game given his work with Heinreck's secret so he deserved taste of his own medicine.

Now on the other side of town, you have Valentine sitting on the couch with a cocky grin, believing that nobody will find a thing due to the box. Ha. You obviously have underestimated Curtis, Jason, Sam, everybody involved.

Oh Nina in asking, "Why would Robert think the box is for you? You hadn't even met Faison." Wanna investigate your own husband? I would want to considering his continued cockiness in saying, "Even if he is, that's not gonna matter because he's not going to find what he's looking for here."

Oh Curtis in saying, "I didn't find a thing, not a damn thing" with his aha moment says otherwise. I wonder if Curtis suspects Valentine. Hence not mentioning the Nathan file in his presence. That said, the file does change the game for Nina as she said, "Peter has an agenda. We need up the heat." Finally......

------

Based on that look on Peter's face, gonna take bets he saw a glimpse of Curtis. Looks like Drew's buddy needs some advice from the real PI in town, Ms. Samantha McCall.
--------

So there's irony in Carly saying, "Who are you fooling? You'd love to see my family suffer." Why haven't you began to suspect her when it comes to all this other crap going on?

Now cue the head spin courtesy of Nelle saying, "See Diane, I wanted to talk to you about giving Carly custody of my baby." It marks perfect cover if suspicion grows about what has been going on. Shouldn't that increase suspicion? But I did laugh at her saying, "Jason's life is so up in the air. Besides, he's single. I want my baby to have two parents." He won't be single for too long.

"If I was you, I would batton down the hatches." "I'm already ahead of you." Then why haven't you suspected her so far?

---------

With Ava immediately switching from warrant from full to joint custody after hearing Sonny's plan, it makes me doing her plan and the fact maybe Sonny should just stay on course.

To finish this off, I love the three sets of final scenes in relation to Heinreck's future. Please be near the end of outing Peter. I'm already looking forward to tomorrow's @GeneralHospital as #carson is always entertaining. I just hate that we've got Carly questioning herself without questioning Nelle.

General Hospital - April 27, 2018 Episode Reflections

Frankly, this episode bored the hell out of me for a Friday episode.

Seeing Drew and Elizabeth in scenes together as my #Lake feelings tingling here. I'd be all for them getting together after Sam rids of Drew and the pathetic dream they have.
I'd like to see Franco go to this anonymous group. Maybe hearing the pain of others will let him see why the likes of Sam, Jason, Michael, etc can't forgive him. Because right now, I am feeling no sympathy in hearing Franco play the blame game. It's actually nice watching him feel guilty, considering he truly won't feel the guilt for what he did to Sam, Jason, and others.

So anyway, Kevin is right in saying, "You are a master of deflection. You will not begin to heal until you realize that it wasn't your fault - and then you can have the life that you should have." He is good at deflecting - including not recognizing pain caused to others despite his own. Maybe he'll grow. That said, I'm on the opposite side of Kevin saying, "I hope that life that you want for Elizabeth, I hope it works out."

We know that Drew could give her a better future and really, for me with Drew, I can't decide what I want - whether it be #driz or #krew - as both combinations are chemistry filled, and I remember how much I enjoyed #Lake.

Oh Sam in saying, "If you weren't Drew's friend, I'd be calling the cops right now." So Curtis isn't your friend, Sam?

"There's something messing from this dude's background." "Oh yeah. What's missing?" "His background." That's one way of putting it.

I'm glad that Curtis doesn't cut corners in just getting to the point in saying, "Your COO is either a fake, or the dude is a ghost." As much as I was set for her to leave Aurora, I'm glad that she stayed on the case as it'll connect nice if Jason reveals more details of what he knows.

Even Curtis knows what's happening in mentioning that "Aurora is all that Drew has left." So he doesn't have Sam anymore? That's nice of your bestie there to say, Drew. That said, he didn't get Aurora on his own though.....

I wasn't surprised when Sam said, "Like it or not, I'm in on this now -and I'm not keeping secrets for Drew." Sam still has some regrets for what she did, and she wants to make his future as easy as possible given the news to come. Besides, it also lets her get deep-in on her PI skills. Like said, "You just told me that my COO may be a fraud. I'm not going to leave Aurora and leave Drew vulnerable like that."

It'll be interesting in seeing what Sam can discover with an eye on Peter at all times. Please allow her to overhear one of his interesting conversations. And Curtis saying, "But I got the lead on this one. It's my case, and I'll see things as I see fit," we'll see how long that lasts as Sam does a great job running the show.

So Drew was surprised by Sam's return in saying, "So you're back, huh?" Given your doubt in hearing that she was away with Jason, we can also give you the full details of the #jasamadventure if you please, Drew.

Love how Robert just got himself nice and comfy on Valentine's couch.

Oh Valentine trying to cover his own mess in saying, "You don't know if Faison has something good inside, or is waiting for someone to try and blow themselves up." I mean, that's a good cover-up really because something says that Valentine may be the man behind sealing the box.

That said, I'm looking forward to seeing more scenes with Robert and Valentine together. Robert brings out that evilness in Valentine that we've been teased but been missing in seeing. The fact that Robert said "Gotcha" as he left has me intrigued. Valentine did get a little defensive. Hence Robert saying to Anna, "This confirmed my suspicion. Valentine delivered your son to Faison on purpose." it doesn't surprise me given Valentine's history and knowledge. Now can we spread the truth on Valentine's way to everybody?

So Anna goes to Finn, "It's inevitable that Jason is going to find Heinrech and I have to work with him so he can't get a head of me." Once again, I feel pride in a government agent/spy saying that Jason can find someone quicker than her. That said, I'm glad that she told him, "The closer we got, the more you risked at seeing things that I had done - so I invented things to push you away." Hopefully Finn gives her sympathy and we can move forward with #fanna.

Sonny is right in saying, "Ava is relentless. She wants me to choose between my father, and my daughter." Now in past days, we would just rid of those who caused such harm. So where is that evil way now a days? Can we make her fall off a cliff, please? BTW, anybody could see this a mile away.

Monday's episode at least looks interesting. I want to know what Curtis said, I'm ready for #dream to have the #SaD break-up conversation, along with a dose of #carson and how can you go wrong with Jason? That said, aren't we trying to pack too much into one episode? #GH

General Hospital - April 26, 2018 Episode Reflections

So was pretty good. The #Saxie scenes were everything (as always), and there's more layers added elsewhere.

"We got bumped to an earlier flight." "We?" Let's face it - Alexis half-expected her to go on about Jason. But I love how Sam didn't want to detail too much about the trip to her mom. It's like she's afraid that she'll gush about Jason too much and everybody will know where her heart is headed - even if she's "not ready" yet.

"So it's you....and Jason....." "And Spinelli." Maxie is already putting the pieces together, too.

"People who would never sell out me for their career....like you, and Peter." "Peter? As in Peter August?"  Can we get Sam more suspicious of her employee? It'd go great with Jason's uncertainty so far. I mean, even the small revelation with, "there is clearly more to this Peter August than we thought." It'll be great to see when she learns that she hired the guy who blew her freaking life apart with storing Jason away for five years.

I wanted to smack Maxie when she said, "Yes, I miss the idea of having a best friend." Um hello - you're staring at your best friend right now Maxie. Anybody remember their fun times together? That said, Sam continues on with good advice for her friend in saying, "there's a difference between a screw up and malicious intent" in relation to Lulu. Are you speaking from experience there Sam? I mean, we know you made some mistakes in relation to your love life. That said, for wanting to avoid everything about her and all, Maxie played instant concern in seeing Lulu's foot.

So let's just repeat Sam in saying, "Aurora was Drew's dream - not mine. He wanted that for us together as a family, and clearly we're not there." Now if just trying to find herself, she'd be taking leave of absence. But totally stepping away says something else. And she confirmed that herself by saying, "When I was in Switzerland, I realized I don't want to be in fancy clothes behind a desk. I have a PI and I'm pretty damn good at it. That's what I want to focus on." We all could've seen that as she did a badass job. Hence why she wanted to continue looking into Heinrech.
Sam was also right in saying, "Anything we did take we'll be able to put to good use, and I will be able to sleep at night." Sam having answers about Heinrech and Caesar will make her feel better - because she'll get the answers to the pain that she was put through in having to be apart from Jason.
"I still haven't responded to the last e-mail. There's so much up in the air..." "Maybe a face-to-face meeting is a little too drastic." "Maybe...." It's working right into Peter's favor - sadly.

I roll my eyes in the constant remarks from Lulu, espically to Peter in saying stuff like "he wants the world to know that he was Faison's victim, not his puppet" or "you keep an open mind. You seem to know what drives a man like Heinrech." But for all intense purposes, Peter is playing his cards right with Lulu in relation to Heinrech and what he wants perceived. But is it really going to earn understanding and no bullet later? I don't know about going that far yet until I hear why he kept Jason for five years....

Instead, here we go with Lulu saying, "I just want to keep an open mind. I don't want to say if Heinrech is a villian or a hero - but he's probably like everyone else, somewhere in the middle." I'm also not buying her in saying, "No matter how bad Heinrech is, it isn't his fault. He didn't have a chance." But he did have a chance to reveal the truth and reasons and not play this secret game now, and he didn't do that. So therefore, there's no benefit of doubt in my mind.

------------

Nina is a bit self centered in telling Curtis, "When we have a chance and all this is done, I would love to have a chance to talk about marriage."

That said, I love how Valentine walked up into the conversation and seemed to be getting riled up for no reason here. He may blow his own cover. Even Nina suspected it in saying, "Why are you so interested in protecting Peter over Maxie?"  And for the record, Valentine's deterrents like, "I'm not going to fight you on this. I think you're looking for trouble where this isn't any" aren't going to work.

That said, I hope Curtis and Nina break the request from Valentine in saying, "If Curtis finds out anything that makes Peter whom he doesn't seem, then I want to know about it." We all know he wants to know so he can cover it up. Like Nina said, "I think in this case, the less you know the better...."

So of course Valentine calls Peter and tells him, "You need to call me. You have more trouble than you think you have." But really, I think it's the opposite Valentine as you now have to answer to Robert.

And then you have Nina helping Curtis. If Nina was setting up the office for Curtis to enter, why not just leave the dang door open for Curtis? I admit at first when the door opened, I thought it was Peter about to catch Curtis. But nope, it's Sam instead. Because of course, she had something to take care of - like announcing her Aurora departure. And I'm here for her asking, "Is there something about Peter that we don't know?"

---------

"We did one thing, right?" "We did a lot of things right..." Oh Anna and her regrets.

So the bureau has the box? I would've preferred that to stay in Jason and Spinelli's hands. Spinelli would've found a way into it.

"I wonder who would be able to get into the box." "I would think someone named Cassadine." So how long until Valentine's part is exposed, making sense how he was able to hand that tale over to Anna?

Instead, let's prolong this stuff by saying, "I think the box is for Helena" along with "putting Jason and Drew against each other, that's textbook Helena." Meanwhile, who was supposed to be scarier than Helena and work with her? Valentine. So is Anna only saying that to throw Robert off her trail in going to see Valentine?

But of course, she went to go see Alexis instead. I mean a dummy can see that given how much Valentine knows about Heinrech's birth, and the fact that he's a Cassadine, how does that not spell go see him? #GH

"So she's not worth fighting for?" "Oh she is...." Then fight for her Finn and stop having hunky dorry moments with Alexis.

General Hospital - July 6-10, 2018 Episode Reflections

So is it a surprise that Nelle isn't believing a drop of how Michael left there to go see Jordan and Chase? She knows to always be suspi...
